I Need these below two documents, can someone help me to prepare these documents e.g format or draft
Memorandum/Articles of Association/List of Directors.
Authorisation by the Board of Directors/Partners/Proprietor for the person filing theapplication.

But I forgot to mention that this is proprietorship firm
I received a mail from service tax department to submit few documents - in those document they have mentioned 1 Memorandum/Articles of Association/List of Directors. 2 Authorisation by the Board of Directors/Partners/Proprietor for the person filing the application. And business of the company is Management Consultant and Manpower
