With reference to the implementation of new taxable services for financial year 2011-12 can we know from when is this applicable.

As per my hknowledge, After the inactment of finance bill a notification will be issued to state from when these changes will be applicable... Finance bill is enacted but because notification is not yet issued so these changes have not come into effect yet..
