Yes firm is liable for service tax from individual too if the firm’s turnover has crossed to 10lac.
Wat is the nature of Service.. If the service falls under the list of 115 or odd services provided, then he has to collect the tax from the Indvl too.. But if he falls under the Small Service Provider category (total Aggregate value of Services during the Previous Yr is less than 10 lacs), then he need not collect the ST..
