A service exporter freelancer, registered under GST.
Payment is done via Paypal, but no FIRC is issued.
Bank's are not very helpful. Citi bank, Kotak bank, HDFC bank. None.
They are legally exporting a service and claiming no-IGST based on the LUT.
As FIRC is not being issued, what can be done. Is a USD raised invoice. A transaction receipt from client stating the USD and another paypal receipt showing client details, USD value, with withdrawal in INR, sufficient?
If not, what can be done?
