Dear All

I have resigned from my  public limited company at pressuring by owner of co. I have taken my dues i.e. gratuity, bonus and leave due. The owner had not paid my service compensation of 12 years service.

May I demand for my service compensation?

Dear Pankaj...

As per my knwoledge Gratuity is service compensation and there is no such term as you used in corporate service sector. You are not entitled for the grant of such relief if the same do not find mention in your appointment letter.
