Dear all,
I have purchased a flat from builder in this month but society has been formed in Aug and they have started charging maintainence charges monthly. Now I received 3 bills of maintanence.
should i have to pay 3 months bills or bill for this month????????

When u have purchased the flat u should had to see there is no any dues on this flat. If u had not seen so now u have to pay all the tree bills.
Other option is u have to talk with concirn offficer if he/she not understand it than u can file case against him in the court.
