Today is the last date for filing GSTR 3B.Unable to open GST Common Portal.That site can not open and it rotates, what's the reason?.Is there a Possibility to extend date.

Yes... Due date Extended...
Due date of filing GSTR-3B for the tax period January, 2019 has been extended up to 22nd February, 2019. Only for J&K it is extended up to 28th Feb 2019.
