Sell to person whose gst number is suspended

As per the Standard Operating Procedure, the registration of specified taxpayers shall be suspended and system generated intimation for suspension and notice for cancellation of registration in form GST REG-31, containing the reasons of suspension, shall be sent to such taxpayers on their registered e-mail address.
 

pls ask, we able to sell the product and will make invoice to suspended GSTIN Number 

pls advice to sell and we can make invoice to suspended GSTIN Number?
