Go to the official Income Tax e-filing portal: https://www.incometax.gov.in/iec/foportal/
Navigate to "e-Pay Tax" and "Payment History":
Once logged in, go to the "e-File" dropdown menu on the dashboard.
Select "e-Pay Tax" from the options.
On the "e-Pay Tax" page, you will see tabs like "Saved Drafts," "Generated Challans," and "Payment History." Click on "Payment History."
View and Download Challan Details:
In the "Payment History" section, you will find a list of all your tax payments and generated challans.
You might be able to apply filters (e.g., date range) to easily locate a specific challan
To download the challan, look for an option (often represented by three dots or a download icon) next to the relevant challan entry and click on "Download." The challan will usually be downloaded as a PDF file.

Get hold of the e challan . No need to forward the issue to grievance cell.
