sections that i have already checked are 293, 295, 297, 299, 301, 309, 314, 370, 372, 372A
my annual filings are concerned with private co. and unlisted public companies.
Simply go to the respective eforms, open them. On the top of the forms you will find the relevant sections mentioned there in itself. Refer those sections.
