in PCC/IPCC there are no marks for writing Sections. so you need not to learn.
I don't think so... If you quote sections and cases it'll definitely boost ur marks .. in fact in examiners comments on PCC answer papers, they hav asked candidates to quote sections and cases... hence make a gradual attempt... first master it unit wise and then chapter wise... U''ll feel cofident slowly.. ALL the BEST... U CAN DO...
