pls let me know that what is the appropriate head of income referred u/s 68, 69, 69A to 69D? Some one told me that it is not in any particular head. It is added in total income without referring any head. is he right?

it shud be added to income from other sources
But in Fakir Mohd. Haji Hassan vs. CIT (2003-TIOL-243-HC-AHM-IT) - it was decided by Gujrat HC that the income added u/s 68, 69, etc is taxable under itself without assigning any head.
