In case of a company which is closely held company (not listed public company) authorized capital is more than as required by 383A for full time company secretary. If an employee who is employee in a group company but handling the secretarial job for the closely held company can we considered as full time employement.
Also is it necessary for CS to attend all board meeting during the year.
