Section 383(A)

A company having share capital of Rs more than 5cr appoints a full time CS, s as per provision of Section 383(A) the company is not required to take a compliance certifictae from a PCS. In such case does the employed CS required to certify and give some certificate to the company that needs to be filed with ROC in place of Compliance Certifcate
