hie..i would like to know whetehr directors are covered in section 301 and if yes according which section?

of course, section 301 covered the contracts which comes under the purview of section 297 and 299 and thus includes directors.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
