If any Section 25 company wants to give its director reasonable amount of compensation / salary for serving the company in its activity, then what will be the right procedure to do so?

pass appropriate resolution within the revenue stability o the company one can pay.
sec 25 companies are associations/even bldg association ltd/ and that kind. salaries needto be on the basis o revenue regularly generated. in act such companies Ltd do not earn very big revenues. so one has to see director salary should be in limits as these kinds o companies do have employees too. One need to balance on that basis as also general administrative expences.
