Sec.2 (42) foriegn company
Is the subsidiary company(incorporated in India) of a foreign companies like microsoft, vodafone etc falls in the category of foreign company ??
Or
these subsidiary companies are like domestic companies as they are registered in India (not outside India) under Companies Act ??

So it means companies like microsoft india pvt ltd. & other same companies are indian co.( not foreign companies) for the purpose of Co.act 2013, then can you plz tell me......what are foreign companies as per sec.2(42) for the companies act 2013 ? & can you plz provide some names of foreign companies (i.e who are registered outside India & having a place of business in India) & how the companies act 2013 applies on it ??
