I have recived Sahre Application Money in the month of October of 2015 and want to allot share in the Month of March,2016
now what shold i do? and what will be the procedure?

HOW LONG WE CAN SHOW?

where at any AGM no auditor is appointed or reappointed, existing auditor shall continue to be the auditor of the company.
