I am from CA final old course. I have heard rumors recently regarding SEBI guidelines, that ICAI has decided to remove it from portion, which means no question on SEBI guidelines will be asked in Final old course. I wonder whether such rumor has any credibility and if yes, then any idea when ICAI is going to announce it?
Check the May 2010 RPT of CLSP.., whether they have included those ammendments....Okenaa
