SEBI guidelines old course

hello,

I am from CA final old course. I have heard rumors recently regarding SEBI guidelines, that ICAI has decided to remove it from portion, which means no question on SEBI guidelines will be asked in Final old course. I wonder whether such rumor has any credibility and if yes, then any idea when ICAI is going to announce it?
