Scapping of obsolete laws

I dont feel any because daily amendements are on a go old laws are on a constant change new laws are enacted according to necessity of the society the basic thing i feel is every lawyer should be well versed with every law but should take one particular subject area of law to practise as a profession this can bring change in legal system because not every one is genious
