No threshold limits for TDS on salary.

TDS on salary based on Computation with All Incomes and less All Deductions. After that arise any Tax liability then the liability will calculate as per Slab Rate...

Please understand what is TDS and what is IT...
Also TDS can be deductible if salary is exceeds.
But What You mean IT is applicable...
