Do you mean you want to show the salary income in the books of accounts of business/profession? If yes, under indirect income

Hi thanks for reply I m want to maintain my individual account in tally but confuse with some under heads in Tally Like I Received salary from my ABC company and i want to pass the J/v By ABC company .......Dr To Salary ............Cr now i m confuse under which group head i will maintenance my company even i received rent so now under which head i will show the payer name in my account

1. INCOME FROM SALARY : ABC Company---Dr To Income From Salary ( Every Month Salary you can entry)

2. INCOME FROM RENT : XYZ Company----Dr To Income From Rent  ( Every Month Rental You can entry)

3. INCOME FROM INTEREST ; Bank----Dr to Income From Interest ( Bank give you Interest you can entry)

like you can entry in tally...........

You can show salary income, rental income etc under INDIRECT INCOME group in Tally. Hope this is clear.

You can shown payer name under head of "Other Current Assets" and Shown ABC Company and XYZ...
