i m ca final student of nov 2010 attempt new syllabus.can anybody tell me what changes need to be considered while studying' INCOME FROM SALARY' as now FBT is not applicable .

Since you will be appearing in Nov 2010, then Finance Act 2009 (Both the one that came in Feb as well as the one that came in August) will be relevant further All Case laws, Notifications, Circular and ammendments in rules prior to Six months of examination will be relevant..Recently Declared New Perks Rules will be relevant
