Salary + equity stcg/ltcg which itr form?

1. Individual having salary and capital gain has to file ITR-2.

2.You cannot choose any ward/ designation.

3.ITR - 2 is available on https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/downloads.do for Asst Year 2011-12.

1) u need to file only ITR 2 which is to cover income from salaries, income from house properties, income from capital gains and income from other sources.

2) you can not choose any ward. To know your ward please login to the income tax e-filling portal and under the head services select the option "know your jurisdiction" to get the required details.

Now I still have question related to the second point.

Unti last year, I worked in North india, and now I am working in South India.

And as per my PAN (https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/common.do?screen=jurisdiction), I am getting North india WARD/CIRCLE only. 

Now shall I choose the same WARD/CIRCLE now as well, or I had to do any address change formalities before ITR filing?
