Can u pls sugggest on a better salary combination including (Salary +HRA+Transport allowance/Conveyance allowance) For a company paying salaries between 10000/- and 70000/- (per staff) ?
The maximum amount of Travelling allowance is 800/- ?

You can break the salary component in the following ratio :
Basic +DA : 50%
HRA : 20%
Conv : 15%
Other Allow :15%

Is this a mantadatory combination or can i change this combination occording to our company structure ? Also can you provide me with rules and laws relating to the salary combination ? Also shoud i take into concern Income tax rules while making such a combination ?
