Sir/Madam,

We are the Local delivery Goods Transport Service Providers.We know that our SAC is 996813 under Local Delivery Services.But when i am trying to Select SAC Code in GST Registration Form, there is no code displaying with 996813 and the related Local Delivery Services.

Can anyone Please suggest me to select the SAC Code in that GST Registration form.

you have select a SAC of old service tax regime the sac available only on service tax

In general , local transporter not issuing consignment notes. on Freight amount paid, GST is applicable on RCM?

as per Notification No. 12/2017- Central Tax (Rate) entry no 22

Services by way of giving on hire –
(a) to a state transport undertaking, a
motor vehicle meant to carry more than
twelve passengers; or
(b) to a goods transport agency, a means
of transportation of goods.
