I want to Know about Consignment Sales Procedure in Excise Department. (If an Manufacture transfer stock to Dealer with payment of Excise Duty (Ex Value is Rs. 20 lacs). After that the Dealer send the sales patty (ie, Sales is 25 lacs, expenses is 2lacs and payable is 23 lacs). What is the Procedure in Excise .
Please tell, it's very urgent.
In case of stock transfer only excise Duty to be charged in the bill. Excise duty will be charged on the Value of goods on ther day of transfer. If afterwards goods were sold below or above the assesable value by the depot , it will not effect the excise process at the factory.
