Rule 11(5) of Central Excise Rules,2002

Dear Uday Kiran,

I have seen in Excise Law Times Vol.251: Part 1, Page A9, M(1), as Rule 11(5) of the Central Excise Rules,2002 is deleted so as to dispense with the requirement of pre-authentication of the invoice.

Can u clarify me. whether it is there ? or not?

Thanks for ur info,  Pl. clarify Pre-Authentication on Invoice is continues from 2010-11 budget onwards or not?
