Hi,
I have a suggestion for you. Even I am CA final student who couldn't clear the exam in the last attempt. This was my second attempt.
It is not advisable to use the latest amendement in RTI Act regarding the verification of photo copy of answer sheet since the institute valuation will be questioned by this. I strongly feel the institute is giving the results correcly.
Insteed of this, you can apply for recounting. Any apparent mistakes will be rectified.
This is only my suggesion. Please think about it.
