I was apppointed auditor for the AY 2015-16 by a pvt. ltd company on 18 September 2014 however i have not filled form 23B on MCA. Now i want to file with late fees but when i am filling the form 23B (downloaded from MCA21 website) it shows error in Period of accounts for which appointed and the error is "form 23B cannot be filed for FY commencing after 31.03.2014"
