HAI

Whether a  statutory auditor is allowed to  use his digital signature for filing roc returns(annual returns)

also pls tell what are all the forms a chartered accountant is allowed digitially sign in mca forms.

I think you should not use the digital signature of statutory Auditor because between Auditor and the company, there is independent relation between those

Further ROC work is doing on management level of the company, hence you should not use the DSC of statutory Auditor

can you please furnish any detail provision regarding this??

Annual return of the company i. e. MGT-7 is to be certified by Director of the company and CS of the company, if any. Or a practicing CS can certify. But not a statutory auditor

BUT A CA CAN ALSO SIGN KNOW IF HE NOT A STAT.AUDITOR OF THE COMPANY

No sir.. No CA can certify form MGT-7.. u can refer section 92 for any clarifications
