ROC filing

Hello,

1) To view already filed Forms on MCA you have to Login to MCA website and after Logging in, you have to click on MCA Services Tab ------> View Public Documents -----> Enter Details of Company of whose docs. you want to search ----> Pay 100 Rs. Fees to MCA and all the documents filed with MCA will be available for downloading for a period of 3 hours from payment time.

2) Regarding which form do u want to know???

3) As per my knowledge, ADT-1 is compulsory for all companies who have appointed statutory auditors i.e those companies who are required to get their accounts audited by a Chartered Accountant as per Income Tax Act.

Regarding MGT-9, it is not an E-form that you need to file with ROC but its just an extract of Annual Return i.e. MGT-7 which as per section 92(3) of CA, 2013 is required to be a part of Board's Report.

1) Yes, when you will go through the View Public Documents, you can see and download all the e-forms uploaded by the Company, but you need to pay Rs. 100.

2)

a) For MGT-7 - In case of OPC and small company, PCS certification is not required. For listed companies and other companies  covered under prescribed you have top check Section 92(2) of CA, 2013.

b ) For ADT-1 - PCS certification is not required. It can be signed by Director/CEO/CFO/CS.

c ) For AOC-4 - As per my knowledge, PCS/PCA/PCMA certification is mandatory for every company

But you should be paid 100rs for that. Mca form will be available for a limited period.
