Form AOC-4/ AOC-4 XBRL as applicable anf Form MGT-7
Annual Return of a Foregin Company should be filed in Form FC-4.
Only FC-4 or FC-3 also along with FC-4 ?
Financial Statements of a Foreign Company (its Indian Business Operations) should be filed in Form FC-3, whereas Annual Return should be filed in Form FC-4. These are different forms for different purposes.
