I Incorporated a Company on 29/12/2015 and filed IT Return. I have doubt whether i have to file documents with ROC is it mandatory? Co has Loss in 3months. My decision is to file on AY 17-18 can i do it

No, you will have to make financial statements upto 31.3.2016. Refer Sec.2(41) of Companies Act 2013.

Asper section 2(41) of companies act 2013, financial year in relation to company or body corporate bmeans 31st March of every year and if the Company is incorporate on or after 1st January, then 31st March of the following year. so in your case your Company is Incorporated on 29th December 2015, So your year will close on 31st March 2016. so you have to file financial statement upto 31st March 2016
