My client is having the parent company abroad and its branch office in Delhi and Mumbai now the client is wanting to close the branch office in Delhi.
I am wanting to know what are the ROC compliances to be done in regard to closure of foreign branch office in Delhi.
Please let me know the compliances on urgent basis.

For closure of Branch office you will require to file e-form 52 with ROC which is for cessation to have a place of business in India.
Do we need to attach RBI approval with FORM 52 and secondly, is there any other documents to be attached with FORM 52 except attachments mentioned in the FORM 52.
And what is the time limit for approval of the FORM 52?
