You can calculate the fee at MCA web site . and of any other forms you want to file too.
I want to submit P&l and balance sheet of pvt ltd co. to Roc . I want to know whether three copies of p&l and b/s will be sent to Roc in physical format . or what is exactly procedure for submit annual return tom Roc
