Yes, any one can billed two Bill against one road permit which will transported in one vechile. But both bills are raised to same party and same day vehicle registration no. are also metion on both bills and total value of both bills will be punched to form and fill it carefully
Yes, you can mentioned number of bills on a single Road Permit for a same location or on same route.
