Revocation Appeal

Dear Sir/Mam
i have a firm registered in gst since 2018. But i was not able to file the returns after Jan 2019 due to some serious family problems. And my registration stands cancelled on Aug 2019. After using the amnesty scheme i filed my returns upto Aug 2019.
But unable to get my cancellation revoked due to the rule of filing revocation within 90 days. Now some of my colleagues told me to file an appeal through an advocate to revoke the cancellation.
All i wanna ask is whether any of the professional here can do this for me. I will pay all the charges incurred in this process. Hoping for a response soon.
