Mistake purpose we have not deposited TDS amount for one party in Q3,2019 but returned was already submitted timely .Now we have deposited this above TDS with interest. Our question is can we REVISED q3 19 return ONLINE ( i.e add this paid challan ) or offline. If ONLINE then said process .

If you have DSC you can do all changes in online.
I agree with the SANDEEP SHETTY as mentioned above, there is no issue regarding thi just do it online and change the required fields that you want to change.

If we done REVISED return ONLINE then DSC registration is compulsory or optional
Yes its compulsory for online filling of revised return
DSC is not mandatory if you just want to add challan only. All other corrections like adding deductee must be done by conso file. If you have DSC registered you can do all corrections online. Another advantage of using DSC is the correction statement will be processed within one working day.
