Revised ITR
My ITR has received CPC and if I want to Revise it now can I do it

Yes, You can revise.
You can very well revise return for AY 2019-2020.
But you have to eVerify original return. if eVerified by you, it's okay.

But I also have a Comunication Number from CPC
You can revise end no. of time upto 31st March 2020, if you had filed your return within due date
