dear sir, i want to revise. income return for AY 2019-20 So penalty is applicable or Not.
Plz do the needful.

Yes, you can revise return without penalty as date extended upto 31.07.2020

According to a recent notification by CBDT dtd 24.06.2020, penalty is not applicable if revised return is filed by 31st July 2020 for AY 2019-20

Yes, you can revise return without penalty/late fee as date extended upto 31.07.2020
