i Have e-filed return of an individual,for ay 2010-11 on date:-21-01-2011, where i failed to add bank account number in return for refund, what solution i can have for this??

You can not revise you belated return. But if you update your bank details I think that this will accept cpc Bangalore but wait for others reply.
you can file revise return with rigth details and that will overwrite the original return
