It is adviced in your favour that since you are sending this to ICAI & ICAI is very adament in dealing with RTI applications Pls send the Print out Copy of Mumbai HC Judgements & Other quotes Which you can find on Google By searching ( ICAI Copy of Answer sheets or RTI For C A Answer sheets etc. . . ) You can search better & Be sure you have to get your copies / Reply within 30 days as this is the Official time limit under RTI failing which the concerned officer is personally & Individually Answerable & liable penalty & other consequences
