can composition dealer claim for input of reverse charges tax

No a person registered under composition scheme shall not be allowed to claim for any tax payable by him on his inward supplies.
The tax paid will be added to your cost of product.
No Input of GST Paid on reverse charge is available to Composition dealer.
please mention section of gst act .
