Reverse charge on transportation

Dear Ganga Bhavani,
RCM is suspended till 31st March 2018 for services other than GTA(Goods Transport Agency) and Legal services.I mean to say that RCM is not suspended for these services GTA and Legal services,still continuing.Also suspended for any transaction with unregistered dealer (purchase of goods/received any service).kindly check out the provision clearly before suggesting.

Yes. Goverment suspended RCM under section 9(4)) of CGST Act but GTA Service are covered under section 9(3) of CGST Act. So RCM is applicable for GTA services i.e. No suspension
