hi every body,
we are registered under GST and took property lease from unregistered delar.he is unregistered delar because of his turnover not exceed 20 lakhs .
my concern is shall I make payment under reverse charge .
please advise us.

Yes... Govt give ceiling limit to ineligible persons for threshold limit. But, You (Registered Business Persons) can't give the eligibility to ineligible persons....
