we are registered under GST and took property lease from unregistered delar.he is unregistered delar because of his turnover not exceed 20 lakhs .
my concern is shall I make payment under reverse charge .
please advise us.

yes you have to make payment under RCM and can take credit of the same in next month
why I should pay ?because this guy under threshold limit so no need to apply registration. how we can force him to get a registration.

but in act only gave threshold limit . why he should go to registration for GST.

Yes... Govt give ceiling limit to ineligible persons for threshold limit. But, You (Registered Business Persons) can't give the eligibility to ineligible persons....
