reverse charge
all person say reverse charge is exempt for still March 2018 .but it have no available notification .so please solve my query.

The RCM mechanism has been suspended till end of March 2018 only when goods/services are purchased from not registered supplier (Notification no. 38/2017-Cetral Tax (Rate). However, the services which are notified to be covered under RCM, are not affected and such recipients continue to be covered under RCM.
