Is reverse charge applicable on unregistered person if amt exceed 5000..?
If so then on which reverse charge is postponed till 31/03/18 by GST committee to review?

Reverse charge not applicable on unregistered person till 31.3.18...section 9(3) of rcm has been suspended now... Section 9(4) continue... Concept of amount 5000 not relevant now
please correct above Section 9 sub section 4 RCM & concept of 5000/- suspended till 31/3/2017 . & section 9 sub 3 continue
