Reverse Charge
In case I am unregistered person I have give the professional services to my client. my client is registered person under GST. I have give a bill of Rs. 6000/- per day for professional service. my client is made the RCM for my bill. Expert please give me the reply

Your Client pay GST Tax Under Reverse Charge on Bill Amount
and Client will claim ITC paid under RCM
Service & good both come under reverse charge mechanism for 5000 per day limit or only few service came under RCM
your client will raise invoice and will pay tax by himself and then he will claim credit of that.
but my question is all services come under RCM or few services
All Goods & Services cover whose rate specified by councile .
some specific and those which are from Unregistered dealer.

All expenses falling under RCM except Wages and salary. it's called employee and employer relationship also employer given to employee like incentives, welfare, hospitalize and etc.,.
Rs. 5000 threshold limit is only cash/petty cash per day. It's over all expenses....

i purchase from urd as mention following item then gst is applicable
0% or nil rated item like vegetable etc. rs.4000/-
other than 0% or nil rated item rs.2000/-
the my total 1 day purchase from urd is 6000/- gst is applicable or not
No GST is not applicable 0% & exempted good RCM not applicable
