Reverification - please help

it means u have to send a hand written application .the format of the same is given in the link .

did u applied off-line??? didn't u send the handwritten application alongwith declaration????? if not, then it was the basic requirement nd why not u fulfilled it???

For cs its one month from the date of filing your application.  And the application should be submitted within  a month after announcement of result.

You must call the authorities and explain the situation that you have fulfilled all the required conditions. They will surely guide you then.

yes..there is specified format...sayad apne suru me theek se pada nahi hoga....format provided is first printed out then filled in ur handwriting with signature nd scanned in specified format then uploaded....u contact to officials..
